1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your gear is a perfect fit for your adventures.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition: The item must be in the same state as when you received it, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • In its original packaging: Please repack the item with all original tags, accessories, and protective materials included.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • First Aid Kits that have been opened or any seal broken.

4. Return Process (3 Simple Steps)

  1. Contact Us: Within 30 days of delivery, please email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Get Instructions & RMA Number: We will reply within 1-2 business days with authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship anything back without this number.
  3. Ship It Back: Securely package the item, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Deductions: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of returns not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the new product as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs to send you a replacement or the correct item as quickly as possible.

8. International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, taxes, or international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
